Deep tissue massage targets the deeper layers of muscles, fascia, and connective tissue making it very effective for relieving chronic muscle tension. The therapist uses friction and deep pressure to break down adhesions helping to alleviate pain and restore range of motion.

Thai is a form of massage originating in Thailand. Composed of many stretching techniques, it is very effective in improving overall flexibility and range of motion. Pressure points are also incorporated to improve the body's flow of Chi energy.

Four Hand Massage

A Vichey shower has five shower heads which pour water on you while lying on a cushioned wet table. The cascade of warm water has the hydrotherapy effect of relaxing, massaging, and rejuvenating you.

Four hand combo is two massage therapists massaging the client in tandem using all four of their hands. It is a very unique relaxing and enjoyable experience.
